SCAM!

Positive reviews are clearly fake. Even their website states that verification takes 2 days and withdrawals 3-5 working days! Speaking of which, once I signed up and submitted the required documentation, they completed the verification process. After depositing, I made winnings exceeding £100, but when I attempted to withdraw, they demanded further documentation. I submitted 12 pieces of proof for my address and payment details, and they declined each one. I even uploaded additional documents and continued to play, albeit with reluctance, as I suspected I might never receive my funds after they delayed me for two weeks. I won another £30, bringing my total to £132. However, while playing a different game with a £1 stake, I encountered an error message that redirected me to the home screen. Upon returning, I noticed half of my balance was missing, showing £66 instead of the expected amount. Attempting to refresh resulted in my balance being halved again to £33! Another error message appeared, and when I arrived back at the home screen, my balance was gone entirely!

I intend to report this site to the relevant gambling authorities, as well as other regulatory bodies!

Withdrawals are the slowest I have ever encountered - processed, on average, only about once per week.

It’s a shame, as the staff working for the company seem to be genuinely decent individuals.

However, the withdrawal speeds and limits are absolutely ridiculous. There’s no way to sugarcoat that.

I am willing to amend my review if things improve, but as it stands, I will not continue to persevere with this casino if their processes remain unchanged, which is quite unfortunate.
