Stay away. Like all the one star reviews say, the operation at Limitless is far below acceptable. It is incredibly frustrating that these types of sites are allowed to cause harm to so many people and still keep running. I sent crypto with the intention of sending 50, but after submission, realized it was only 5. Apparently, this site has a minimum deposit… if you happen to be a cent under that minimum, they will not apply the balance to your account. Customer support and the “pit boss” were absolutely no help. Not only did they fail to provide me with credit for the money spent, they also didn’t attempt to rectify the situation by offering some spins or comp points. They did offer me something- Albert stated if I wanted to deposit more money then he could apply a deposit bonus. Seriously? You want me to send more crypto after the shady dealings that just occurred? Anthony and Albert were completely unhelpful throughout this entire process. I had to tell Albert to close my account multiple times via separate emails before he finally did so. He just kept trying to upsell me on making another deposit. Ultimately, my account is closed and I cannot stress enough how much I encourage others to avoid this site. Terrible customer service and even worse ethics.

Stay away. Like all the one star reviews say, the operation at limitless is subpar. It is sad that these types of sites are able to wrong so many people and still operate. I sent crypto. Meant to send 50 but after submission, realized it was only 5. Apparently this site has a minimum deposit… if you are a penny under that minimum- they won’t apply the balance to the account. I have been waiting for verification so I can withdraw. I have no idea if my information has been received; I can’t get ahold of anyone since no live person can be contacted, and their sister casinos were verified the same day. “When playing with cryptocurrency, in abiding by the standard terms and conditions set by the casino, account verification is NOT required. “Instant Withdrawals”….. So far, I’ve been waiting a week since I used a $100 “Free” chip to wager $1,000 and attempted to withdraw $50. I had approximately $750 and was spinning $5, when my balance dropped to $45.50, and then it was almost impossible to get back to the “$50 minimum, no more than $50 required.” I made a BTC deposit and then submitted the docs for the “NOT necessary verification.” Today they asked for a better picture and kept sending me the auto-generated do-not-reply email.

This is my first review on Limitless Casino. They gave me 75 free spins, and I won $68. When I tried to withdraw, it seemed everything went smoothly, but just a few hours later, they took my winnings off my balance without any notification. They posted on the site about multiple accounts, which is a lie. I do not have multiple accounts, but I do have proof that my phone was cloned last year and much fraud occurred against me. This person who cloned my phone is part of organized crime, and now Limitless is claiming that I have multiple accounts. They seem to do this to many players just to avoid paying what is owed. I cannot believe they allow Limitless to make their own reviews because none of those reviews are legitimate. This casino needs to be shut down. We can make it happen and make room for legitimate ones because there is no space for scammers in this industry.

They were aware that I had double accounts which I created by mistake or couldn’t retrieve the password for the first one. They kept allowing me to make deposits, and after several months of deposits, I got lucky and won. However, when I attempted to withdraw, they denied my request and voided my winnings. This was a terrible experience. Why didn’t they take action when I was making deposits? When I complained, they only refunded my last deposit of 50$, even though I won nearly $1,000.

They have screwed me over multiple times. I got free spins and completed all the requirements of the bonus, but they still took my money. Why should I even elaborate on the details?
